Greetings IMC fans:
Whereas last week we highlighted how companies, namely marketers, push the envelope with respect to ethics and targeting minority groups and children, this week I’ll touch upon a more positive topic — how digitization enhances Web functionality and utility.
In keeping with ‘emerging media’ and ‘digital enhancement’ themes, a program in concept form, the Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) suite, is designed to enhance Web content and applications in order to make it more accessible to people with disabilities. Essentially, the ARIA vignette compliments preexisting programs that strive to facilitate sustainable, interoperable, and accessible web solutions.
The ARIA concept is currently in draft form. That said, an example of what ARIA is capable of at this stage of development involves adding a slider widget to a Google Map. In this particular scenario, the program allows the operator to manipulate zoom levels in the absence of a HTML element.
Numerous academic studies have shown that Web sites offering interactive functions appear to be particularly effective. Therefore, even though the intricacies regarding the application and functionality of this program are still being refined, the practical advancements it possesses are limitless. ARIA is certain to enhance Web site interactivity — and therefore brand identity, which subsequently translates into brand loyalty.
What all with this program offer when complete…?
Respectfully,
Chris

I apologise, but, in my opinion, you are mistaken. I can defend the position. Write to me in PM, we will discuss.
